EIGHT - POSSIBLE - TIME PERIODS - IN THE BIBLE.
We now offer results of our study of the Eight different Time periods, or 'eras' given in Scripture. [We respect your own or other's beliefs and you are welcome to share these briefly with us, using Scriptures.]

First we briefly list a summary of the different events,
~ some that happened in the PAST
~ and some that will happen in the FUTURE events,
[so we cannot give the dates or details yet.]
We believe there are a total of EIGHT TIME PERIODS in total.
Sometimes there is a sort of 'over-lap' between the Time Periods.
An example of 3 PAST TIME PERIODS is from the time of the founding of the Kingdom of Israel, under the Prophet Samuel ~ approximately from 1,200 B.C.E. to the New Testament time. So Prophets foretold some 'DAYS' which actual happened in Bible times - that means: they were FUTURE to the Prophets - but well PAST in our historical view.

A. EVENTS FULFILLED IN THE PAST OF '5 IMPORTANT 'DAYS'.
>> Day 1. A DAY OF MANY YEARS OF FORETELLING, THEN DESCRIBING GOD'S PUNISHMENT OF ISRAEL BY EXILE TO EVIL NATIONS...

'A Day of Punishment' of Israel and Jewish people by Exile, to other nations, 722 - 586B.C. but mainly to Babylon. Ezekiel lived though these.

The prophets in the Old Testament, warned Israel repeatedly - that if they did not live according to the kind, honest, holy Laws God had given them, then He would send them into Exile far away in another country, among people with very different ways. This happened in stages, starting as early as 722 B.C. with foreign armies coming against them - until the first exile of the Northern Kingdom, (called 'Israel' or 'Ephraim') to Babylon in 701.

Later the people of the Southern Kingdom of Judah were also taken away in 'waves' so that Daniel and his friends went into exile in 605 B.C. More were taken in 598 until Jerusalem was destroyed in 586. This was revealed to Ezekiel, whose wife's death the same day he was not allowed to mourn. (Ezekiel 24.) Amos refers to this 9 times [ch 1 - 8!] This was, clearly, a period of time, called: "that Day." Even Ezekiel in Exile was shown events in Jerusalem! However many Prophets had foretold this sad time, beforehand.

The Prophets warned Israel over and over about - 'The Day of their Exile'. However the worst, repeated sin was to break the special Covenant God had made with the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob: 'ISRAEL. Isaiah saw this from ch.1 v. 2 through to a gracious offer of pardon in v.18! BUT sadly many prophecies say the same, as you will find, as you search.

>> DAY 2. * "A DAY of PARTIAL RESTORATION, for ALL ISRAEL,"
When EL ADONIA, the LORD GOD, would bring in the wonderful:
NEW COVENANT ~ Using a rebuilt Temple ~ through a Royal High Priest, ~ for all the Peoples of the world! (Before the N.T. Times.)

The historical events are what the Books of Ezra and Nehemiah record, fulfilling the prophecies of many Prophets even before the Exile to Babylon, such as Ezekiel and Isaiah and others. This was a "Good Day", but many of the prophetic promises were not truly fulfilled at that time, though it is a wonderful study to read about in 2 Chronicles 36 & Ezra 1! (With all their failings it actually prepared Israel for Jesus First Coming!)

N.B. - SPECIAL NOTE:
This was for Israel only, before - New Testament Times; [but also refers to 'Last Days' too!] YET the number of times God prophesied a literal, physical - and Spiritual, wonderful restoration for ISRAEL, in our 21st C, before Yeshua's Return, is an amazing time, and worth studying, as it calms our sorrows over the judgements He did also allow during their Captivity in Babylon; and on, right through the Centuries! Some historical tragic times were the Spanish Inquisition, Russian Pogroms and the 'Shoah' of cruelty in the "Holocaust' in Europe in 20th centuary. Isaiah 60, Zech. 8 give God's restorative Plans!

DAY 2: Notice the Prophecies in the books of the Tanakh, [O.T.] of ISRAEL'S RESTORATION TO THEIR LAND AND REBUILDING OF THE TEMPLE UNDER 3 SPECIAL LEADERS.
A King in David's Line as A Royal Priest, who would represent both roles, foretelling the Messianic Time of Yeshua. The 2nd TEMPLE was built 515 BC
First: Many references cover the * Partial restoration of the Exiled Jews from Babylon in Ezra's time. The dates are approximately 700 - 250 BC. See Jeremiah ch 25: 11 & 12, but especially Daniel 9: 1-3.

B. RE: "Last Days". Many more prophecies are promises of A DAY of complete restoration of all Jews to God and the Land were given by several Prophets which now we modern readers have seen to happen since 1850 A.D and is still happening!
This is a time when the Prophets mixed in wonderful promises of all kinds of BLESSINGS* - many of which have only started to happen in Israel in the last 100 years! " The LAND" is mentioned often... [This means many promises are not for 'The CHURCH' literally but spiritually!] See Jer. 30 for warnings & promises.

SO this* 2nd Day, was a 'good' Day that was only partly true B.C., as many of the promises of great blessings still have not happened -(as explained above). Isaiah 12, & 25: 9, and many more verses foretold the end of the Exile* (the time was measured from the last exile from Jerusalem to Babylon) and the restoration to their Land, after 70 years. See Jeremiah 25:11 & 12, & cp. Daniel 9: 1 - 3. "I, Daniel understood from the Scriptures, according to the Word of the Lord given to Jeremiah the prophet, that the desolation of Jerusalem would last for 70 years.* So I turned to the LORD my God, and pleaded with Him in prayer..." Daniel's fervent Prayer was answered much later, and should be an encouragement to our Prayers!

Applying a Biblical message for us Believers even in the 21st C, today.
This is a precious example of the involvement a Believer can have now ~ in prayer, in God's Plans. So now hundreds of years later, we too can now pray First for Jewish Israel's spiritual restoration to their ADONAI. Isaiah 52: 6!
"Therefore My People will know My NAME, Therefore In That Day they will know that it is I that foretold it. 'Yes it is I'!"

Then they will pray for Yeshua's return to Earth, as Matthew 24:36 says!
Also for the promised Return of Our Saviour and Messiah on Day 8! Mark 14: 25 refers to "that Day" but we also believe this will NOT be until after a 7 year period of world persecution of Christians ~ but NOT for Israel! ~ They will become an 'Ark of safety' for all God's Jewish & some Gentile Believers! This is a BIG subject for study by looking at Zechariah 8: 23 & later notes below.

>> DAY 3 - THE DAY OF ISRAEL'S RULE OF THEIR LAND, TAKEN FROM GREECE - FOR 150 YEARS; UNTIL ROMAN RULE TOOK OVER, c 63AD.

165 WAS THE YEAR FOR JEWS
On 25th of Kislev, Judas Maccabeus' Jewish army recaptured the city and rededicated the Temple. This was a more significant time to us Believers, for this was the Temple that Jesus/ Yeshua was dedicated in as a baby, but tells the vital scenes of His 3 year Ministry as recorded in the 4 'Gospels'. Since then many Jews celebrate that Day in the festival of 'Hanukkah' remembering this event, right up to modern times; focusing on the Miracle of sacred oil for the Menorah.

DAY 3 HAS 2 DESCRIPTIONS, WHICH WERE FULFILLED BC = in PAST.

a) For: The world NATIONS; ESP. THE WIDER MIDDLE EAST.

b) For: Jewish Israel, as a whole Nation, after 70AD.

c) A Day of Judgement on other Middle East nations mainly before the N.T. Times. There are very, very many of these prophecies of punishments (from 500 B.C.) in all the Prophets in the O.T. Some of these can be traced through Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel chapter 2 [but NOT the same as chapter 7.] See Daniel ch 2! "IN THAT DAY" ~ was about the real meaning of the Statue that Nebuchadnezer saw of 4 great kingdoms - in his dream. But it is best you find these and read them for yourself, with a Commentary that can give you the dates of their fulfilments = ALL of them were destroyed as large NATIONS in power for many years. [See a good 'Study Bible'.] It included nations like Assyria, Medo-Persia, Greece, (& Tyre) & Rome; [to A.D. 460]. These places still exist geographically, but the political kingdoms and names have often changed. Example: 'Assyria' is now Syria, Iraq, Lebanon & Jordan.

SO: DAY 3 b) was also THE TIME OF JEWS RETURNING TO ISRAEL.

It was a very significant time for the returning Jewish Captives, representing people from many tribes, as one nation! This fulfillment is in 2nd Chronicles 36, Ezra, and Nehemiah - though it was foretold many times in the major Prophetic books, of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and others, before it actually happened, around 538B.C! The next approximately 400 years included time under Antiochus Epiphanies of Greece who tried to stamp out Judaism, until a spontaneous attack by Judas Maccabeus and his Jewish Family were able conquer them for Israel.

Note 2nd Chronicles refers often to "All Israel"! Following this time, Israel had semi freedom to control Israel for about 250 years. The Tanakh was translated into Greek ~ (and is what the N.T. was also written in, 100 AD.) During this time a group of Godly Jews hid in the desert of Judea at Quram, translated most of the Prophetic books, now called "The Dead Sea Scrolls". Tragically, no Prophets ministered after 'Malachi' ~ called "the Silent Years" ~ but he was able to record wonderful prophecies, even about Elijah coming!

YET - God allowed Satan - due to Jewish sinfulness, to raise three tragic rulers.
The Idomenian false Jews of the Herod Family paid Rome to allow one of them, to be known as "King of the Jews!" [46 B.C. - 33 A.D. N.T]
Then, the members of the Maccabees Family, [167-165] were responsible for the High Priests, Annas & Caiaphas to corrupt the Temple teaching, as Jesus showed in His 3 year ministry and death, to be against His Father God! The religious parties Pharisees & Sadducees led Religion.

YET, HERE IS A VERY SPECIAL TIME ~ OUTLINED TO DANIEL BY GOD'S ANGEL GABRIEL, MANY YEARS BEFORE: [167-165 BC?}
~ THE '70 WEEKS' OF SPECIAL PROPHECY!
[You will find the amazing 'time-table' in Daniel chapter 9]
The Sovereign LORD, Who is above 'Time' foretold a period of time called: "The Seventy Weeks". [A week meant 7 years of time.]

This included the time of Messiah Jesus in these words:
Vs 24: 24 "Seventy 'sevens' are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place. 25 "Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem - until the Anointed One, (YESHUA) the ruler, comes, there will be seven 'sevens,' and sixty-two 'sevens.' It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. 26 After the sixty-two 'sevens,' the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing. The people of the (Evil) ruler -Rome - who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed."

>> THEN DAY 4! A LONG DAY OF PAST FULFILLMENTS~ BUT REACHING TO THE 21st Century where we are able to read about it!

DAY 4. Another Day of Dispersion and dreadful sorrows for Israel, 'A.D.' or C.E. - the 'Common Era' after the New Testament. It is also called The 'Church Age' ~ from A.D 70 up to the 20th & 21st Centuries!

a. THE JEWISH 'DIASPORA' TO EVERY NATION IN THE WORLD.
This very long time started for Israel, after the death and resurrection of their Messiah Jesus; the growth and suffering persecution of 1000's of Believing Jews; and the fall of Jerusalem including the destruction of Israel's Temple for the second time! Jesus/ Yasuo also told about this time in Matthew (under the Romans), ~ 24: 2, in connection with the Temple being destroyed. This time had been prophesied clearly by Zechariah in chapter 13: 8 - 9, and it did happen as he described between 66 & 138 A.D. "In the whole Land" [of Israel] "declares the LORD, two thirds will be struck down and perish, yet one third will be left in it. This third I will bring into the fire;" [like the holocaust in Europe in W.W.II], "I will refine them like silver and test them like gold." So this too is now mainly in the past. [See DAY 5.]

b. The facts are that many Jews did find acceptance in some Nations and contributed to their welfare. A group of English-born Jews were even able to form a Military Unit to fight for the British against the Nazis. Yet persecution still remained in other Communist Nations especially.

[Sadly, you will find Bible Teachers who are still teaching for trouble to happen in the future because the present regathering of Israel is 'in unbelief' and that this means they will be destroyed again as a nation and dispersed around the world.] This is totally against many other Prophecies of Israel's full and final restoration to God!] Isaiah 60:1 -13, and Zechariah ch. 8 gives a very different, exciting point of view!] Thousands of Jews have returned in recent years, most able to prove their Jewishness, even Ethiopians & Asians! The truth is that as a Nation they were dispersed all around the world, and now are returning 'for good', not ever to be uprooted, Amos 9:15! "' I will plant Israel in their own Land; never again to be uprooted from the Land I Have given them' ~ says the LORD YOUR GOD". [GOD given!] [But this will not be until after the Magog Threat of Jer 30: 1-7 &Ezek 38 & 39]

>> Day 5. MORE ABOUT THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AGAINST UNBELIEVING ISRAEL, 2,000 years of sorrow, then blessings now!
[AD, 66-70, THEN AGAIN IN 135 AD; UNTIL THE 19th CENTURY AD.]

a. The Jews suffered horrific discrimination and cruelty in all forms, which we want to acknowledge, but cannot take the time now to recap the many events history records. However we gratefully do acknowledge some kindness to Jews in trouble, by Gentile Christians as ADONAI was always with those who called to Him. England's Leaders were actively involved in the post Muslim liberation (from the Turkish Ottoman rule), which called for Jewish possession of at least some of the Biblical land of Israel. This was made acceptable in the "BALFOUR DECLARATION" and enabled some liberation of Jews to Israel. Reports of the horrendous Nazi cruelty to 6 million Jews did affect the attitude of America, influencing the formation of the U.N.O.

b. Sadly there were attacks in Israel, between Jews and Arabs leaving deep, bad memories by Arabs, who were made to leave the Land then.

YET ALONG WITH THE RETURN TO ISRAEL BY ENERGETIC JEWS, GOD HAS GIVEN THEM THE ABILITY TO MAKE ISRAEL A MODERN, PROGRESSIVE CULTURE IN EVERY AREA OF LIFE!
In agriculture, science, medical and surgical advances and very many helpful inventions they have made available to the world.
The language of ancient Hebrew was restored to be useful in modern life!

c. SINCE THE 5th centuary OTHER ANTI-JEWISH, RELIGIOUS GROUPS SUCH AS ISLAM (633), COMMUNISM AND HINDUISM, GAINED POWER.

Therefore the rise and fall of many Nations over the last 2000 years is Biblically implied, though not always specifically named. This is woven together in the prophecies of serious destruction for some nations, yet blessings for others. Even Daniel ch. 2 describes the 4 powerful Nations up to the "iron and clay of Rome, and the total destruction of each culture, by "a Rock that was cut out, but not by human hands; it struck... and smashed them... they were broken to pieces in their own time and became like chaff on a threshing floor... The wind swept them away without leaving a trace." [For this reason we do not believe in a 'revived Roman Empire', though a different evil, anti-christ - Satanic 'Babylon' will rule for 7 yrs, in the 'Last Days' in the time of Tribulation, esp. the last 3.5. years]

The 'ROCK' was the truth of the "GOOD NEWS" through Jesus' Ministry and the Holy Spirit's 'Shavuot' blessings, at 'Pentecost' - starting with 3,000 new Believers which make reading the book of ACTS so exciting!
Over recent years many Jews have become Believers IN YESHUA (Jesus) and there is now (2020) a growing interest by non-Believing Jews to read the New Testament ~ God's preparation for greater blessings to come! Generous Christian giving has also blessed Israelis.

B. PROPHECIES OF EVENTS BEING FULFILLED,
IN THE PRESENT, 'DAYS' HAPPENING NOW:
>> Day 6. A DAY OF BLESSINGS FOR SOME M.E. AND OTHER NATIONS.
Yet increasing Godlessness, widespread evil, in all forms, everywhere.
These are warning signs to God's people, to trust Messiah fully.

SO! To show what it will mean to the persecuted Christians still on Earth, [Day 6] we have written a great description here for you!

This is how it is described to suffering Believers in 2 Thess.1, by the Church Leader, Paul, "we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trails that you are enduring..." (So very MANY are suffering this way right now, and will, right up to the Return of their God and Saviour, and ours). But Paul goes on to say: All this is evidence that God's Judgement is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. GOD IS JUST: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you, and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. THIS WILL HAPPEN when the Lord Jesus is revealed from Heaven, in blazing fire, with the powerful angels. HE will punish those who do not know God, and do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus."

[Now comes a description of Hell for the people just described.]
"They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the Presence of the LORD and from the Majesty of His power ~ On The DAY He comes to be glorified in His Holy People, and to be marvelled at among all those who have believed!"

Just as in Isaiah 24, God gave specific messages of doom "on that day" in some chapters, yet these are followed by messages of blessings for some people from Cush (Ethiopia) in 18, and Egypt in 19! But this is where our rule about checking if these serious events have already happened, is very important! [We have to omit many events to save time.] Daniel's prophecy: "until the time of the End; many will go here and there to increase knowledge," has been fulfilled in Travel and Culture in most modern nations. Early 19-20th godly Christians used many of these for good; also the effect of God's over-ruling as reported in Revelation 7!

C. 'DAYS' STILL MAINLY FUTURE: A MODERN ERA OF MANS' CONTROL, YET DOMINATED BY EVIL FORCES, OF 'MULTI-SEXUAL' AND SELFISH, DRUG FILLED LIFE-STYLE TRENDS. (From the 18th C.)

>> DAY 7 - THE 'LAST DAYS' OF EARTHLY SORROW, TROUBLE & SIN!
THE YEARS OF THE 20TH AND 21ST CENTURYS.

THE CHANGES AND SOMETIMES TERRIBLE CHANGES, THAT GOD HAS ALLOWED - AND ARE PROPHECIED IN THE SCRIPTURE, IS A CHALLENGE! This includes Non-Jewish Believers and Jewish, too.

They are also a precious example of the involvement a Believer can have now ~ in prayer, in God's Plans. So now hundreds of years later, we too can now pray for the promised Return of Our Saviour and Messiah on Day 8! Matt. 24:36, and Mark 14: 25 refer to "that Day" but we also believe this will NOT be until after a 7 year period of world persecution of Christians ~ but NOT for Israel ~ They will become an 'Ark of safety' for all God's Jewish & some Gentile Believers! This is a BIG subject for study by seeing Zechariah 8: 23, so please see our Web site articles & time-lines here. Ezekiel 39:27-28

DAY 7, A SPECIAL 'END TIME DAY', CALLED "LAST DAYS' IN THE N.T. ACTUALLY MANY YEARS; HAS TWO ASPECTS TO IT.

1.) A Special Day for all Jewish People ~ of amazing blessing and restoration, with regathering and revival for * Israel. * [We will not repeat these, but you can read about them here in our other article about 'Israel's Glorious Future'.] This is clearly described in Ezekiel 39:29, Romans 11: 12 & 15 and 26. A 'key' is: ~ "then they will know that I AM the LORD," with all the other details of a wonderful restoration in Eze. 36! SPIRITUAL REVIVAL!

2.) However THIS 'Day' [21st C] will also be a 'DAY of DISASTER' for God's enemies against Israel, as clearly described by Ezekiel in ch's 38/39. There will be a great 'show down' between the forces of Islam, (a strong religious army, called 'MAGOG'), backed by Communistic and Fascist forces, threatening Israel only, but backed by many of the 57 Muslim Nations.

THIS MAGOG DISASTER WILL CHANGE THE WORLD FROM THEN ON. We have given the details in other articles, but the significance of this Earthquake will be very serious for millions of people. (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the Gulf States will not be involved). God will stop this threat to Israel, with punishment of a great world earthquake; [38:20] with local fire and brimstone which will kill all of those in the mainly Shi'ite Islamic Military Forces that have gathered, (probably in southern Syria), close to Israel, ready to attack Israel with chemical weapons, to kill every Jewish person in that Land. 'Their' goal is to gain much land and world domination for Allah and Muslims, and GOG leader of Russia and Communism - this way!
> Allah will no longer be worshipped and many people will seek God!

Ezekiel 38: 23 "I will show My greatness and my holiness," says the LORD. "And I will make Myself known in the sight of many Nations then they will know that I AM the LORD." Just imagine that!

One unique verse announces God's desire for the result for all JEWS.
"I will show Myself HOLY through them ~ in the sight of MANY Nations.
"THEN they will know that I AM YHWH- the LORD their GOD...
I will gather them to their own Land - NOT leaving any behind.
I will no longer hide MY FACE [Yeshua] from them, ~ for I will pour out My SPIRIT, on the House of ISRAEL, declares the SOVEREIGN LORD!"

NOW, we must add a note for you here: We cannot write out the full warnings and descriptions for us Believers here that are clearly given in the New Testament by Peter, Paul and John - in his book of Revelation! So we will simply give the relevant chapters under headings for your study. Most of us could be alive to see and know the terrible facts of Day 7.

>>DAY 7 DESCRIPTIONS OF OTHER EVENTS TO BE AWARE OF.

1. Believers will be betrayed and tested by laws against us, by false people who worship gaudy 'Gaia' - representative of the Dragon - Satan, during the 7-year reign of the Anti-christ & the False Prophet! (Until " all Believers are caught up in the air" to meet Jesus, "Word of God".)
1 Peter 4, and 2 Peter 2. Then see Revelation 16: 15 an alert
for Believers to be clothed in Righteousness and praise!

2. The RULE of the Beastly Anti-christ though the wicked 'BABYLON System', using a controlling 'Mark', is well known, but costly to resist.f
Yet God's Angels with 7 trumpet blasts tell us how 'the marked' will die.
Clear descriptions given in Revelation 13, then 16 & then 17!

GOD DEALS WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT GROUPS SEPARATELY.
We believe there are several, separate 'Last Days Battles'
that deal with specific Anti-God situations.

1. > Rev. ch 8, gives a series of punishments against the 'Earth spirits' that are now being worshipped by many. A third of Earth; Sea; Fresh water; and the Sun: then locusts, and an opening of Euphrates River to an Army of 2 million Asian and other anti-Israel, anti-God people, flood in.

2. > Rev 11, giving news about God's 2 last Special PROPHETIC PREACHERS from Jerusalem to the A/C World. Following their deaths and visible resurrection, 3.5 days later to Heaven, there will be a strong Earthquake limited to Jerusalem. (Maybe this kills mainly the Ultra-Orthodox Judaist enemies) that will be among those 7.000 who are counted as dead, in Jerusalem. Those who hated the PROPHETS will go from joy to sorrow!

W e believe this is when a revived and holy Jewish Nation, is separate from the ANTI-CHRIST'S world control, and they have rebuilt the 3rd Temple that could be measured, (vs. 1) Modern means, (possibly television) will be used to portray the Temple and sacrificial system to all israel, and so fulfilling Jewish people's understanding of the Truth of the Gospel in Jesus! [Most of today's Jewish People have little knowledge of SACRIFICES].

3.> Revelation 16: 16 describes another war - by those Nations and people that fear Jesus coming - at ARMAGEDDON, in Israel, being when "The kings of the Earth" come against God. But this Army are defeated in a massive attack by huge hailstones & earthquakes! It is called [vs.14]

THE "GREAT DAY OF GOD ALMIGHTY", initiated by the 7th Angel.

[N. B. Rev. 20: 11, tells of a different 'MAGOG' Army 1,000yrs later, after the Millennium, presumably survivors (not Believers) born in that time, but without the gift of essential Faith, which no person older than a small child will have.] Read what John wrote for us Believers in Revelation16 too, re Armageddon]

4. > Rev 17 & 18 describe the termination of 'Babylon' City and Culture 'On one DAY' is next. Revelation 17 &18 is very graphic! Yet compare it with Isaiah 24!

Therefore we believe right NOW is the time for every person in the world. especially, to come to know GOD through Jesus, even inspite of cruel deaths. Also many of us are already praying urgently for any residents in the M. E. who will be innocently involved, to also come to know the True God, through Isa Maseeh / El Massih / Jesus the Messiah. John 17; 1 -2

>> Day 8. FINALY THERE WILL BE THE LAST "GREAT DAY"
Also called 'The GREAT DAY of the LORD'.
It includes events that are 'bad' for evil people, but glorious for us.
It will be the great FIRST DAY of resurrection of ALL Believers!

Do you know why the Resurrected Believers are taken "into the Air" - (part of the Heavens? It seems God controls the events of punishing all evil after His People have joined with Him in Victory, at a battle using wild birds, and other creatures: simply called, "The great supper of GOD".

1. *Final Punishment of ALL EVIL, represented by a huge anti-Jesus Army = near Jerusalem, just before His Coming! A Summary is in Rev. 18 & 19. 11-21 The victory of the "Rider of the white horse and His Army" includes the capture of the Beastly A/C and False Prophet who are thrown into "The fiery Lake of burning sulphur."

This: is when all un-believers in the Sovereign YHWH -LORD, will die, after being called to battle Jesus. Revelation shares about two End Time Battles, described in ch. 19: 1 - 3. Finally, it will include the "Beastly' Anti-christ and the False Prophet, (not Satan, the Dragon,) -they - are all sent to the eternal fire pit. Rev. 19: 17- 21.Revelation shares about a second 'last Battle', described in ch. 20:7 -10! All evil on Earth is gone!

2. Simultaneously the Glorious Coming of Jesus, Isa Maseeh ~ when all Believers are caught up "in the air" to meet Jesus, Word of God! So we are instantly resurrected, then will return later to a re-created world! Isaiah has a picture of this in ch. 11, also Revelation 21 & 22; Ps. 62: 11-12!

Important note: This will be as it says, 'The Day' that we are called by: -"we are of The Day, not of the night." [NOTE: The 8th Day of Hebrew Feasts were special, and Yeshua rose from the dead on the 8th Day = 1st day of the week!] This will be a great DAY for every true Believer in Isa Maseeh, in the Middle East and in fact for every Christian! These events are worldwide; - especially Messianic Believers, everyone who longs for the Return of Jesus/ Yeshua/ our Saviour to Earth! Both the O.T. and the N.T. have so much about this it is a great study! [Start with 1 Corinthians 15 & Rev.19: 1-16, describing all Believers in royal white!] This chapter describes the Bridal cortege in white with Jewels of [vs. 8] righteousness from both Messiah's righteousness and His Spirit within us!

It seems as if the N.T. prophecies were concealed in the O.T. but the O.T. prophecies are explained and added to more fully in the N.T. like Rev. ch19!

DURING WHAT SEEMS A LONG WAITING TIME TO US GOD SPEAKS.

To show what it will mean to the persecuted Christians still on Earth, now, [from Day 6] we have a great written description - repeated - here for you! This is how it is described to suffering Believers in 2 Thess.1, by the Church Leader, Paul, "we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trails that you are enduring..."

(So very MANY are suffering this way right now, and will, right up to the Return of their God and Saviour, and ours). But Paul goes on to say: All this is evidence that God's Judgement is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. GOD IS JUST: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you, and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. THIS WILL HAPPEN when the Lord Jesus is revealed from Heaven, in blazing fire, with the powerful angels. HE will punish those who do not know God, and do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus."

[Now comes a description of Hell for the people just described.]
"They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the Presence of the LORD and from the Majesty of His power ~ On The DAY He comes to be glorified in His Holy People, and to be marvelled at among all those who have believed!"

So we have a vivid description of 'the Last Day' we have listed, as Number 8.

N.B. We have now come to the end of this study on an especially wonderful subject, but we have simply been weaving together some key Scriptures to come to these conclusions of God's real Plans! You need to study and pray about them for yourself. No doubt there is a lot of inter-weaving, and over-lapping of specific sets of events, so often described as: "In/ or On that Day" ~ but each period of time are in God's Hands.

Whenever the last, "the Great Day of God Almighty" comes [Rev. 16: 14, & Psalm 62: 11&12] it is ~God's overall Plan to bless the whole Earth ~ that He made perfectly, and will remake even more perfect at His coming ~ so that is what we must remember and pray for "ON THAT DAY!"

SO WE COME TO THE END OF THIS STUDY, SHOWING GOD'S CAREFUL TIMING OF EVENTS ~ FROM THE PAST TO THE FUTURE...
